Refund policy

At EtherealbyAWS Jewellery, we take pride in providing our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we stand behind the products that we offer.

Exchange policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
